This survey that I created allows my peers to assess my presentation on the NETS-S (NETS for students)for students in grades Pk-2 and give me feedback in a digital format. This survey allowed me to model creativity while using a simple web based document. I also assessed the presentations my peers created by taking their surveys, so it was a great way to promote digital responsibility.
